Our client is currently looking for a Surveyor who can produce adaptation specifications from term contract or traditional tender with experience of working within a local authority Grants/Private Sector housing background. You will be responsible for works which include level access showers, ramps, door widening, kitchen adaptations, and small ground floor extensions. If you are able to produce grant/loan application paperwork alongside technical functions this would be a positive.
Location will be within Mid and North Essex area.
Please show evidence of of appointing and approving contractors, overseeing site works, address snagging and unforeseen works, liaison with building control and grants teams within local authority setting.
