A UK leading multidisciplinary consultancy focussing on renewable energy and environmental projects with expertise in Ecology, EIA, Planning, marine Energy and Onshore renewable energy have a requirement for an Acoustic Consultant to help with an increase in work load within the Edinburgh office.
Applicants will hold a minimum of a BSc in Acoustics or Noise and Vibration, and 3 years experience within the sector - with preferential experience involving environmental/renewable/wind farm acoustics. Candidates will be capable of collecting technically accurate data and measurements, composing precise documentation (i.e reports etc), have current knowledge of UK and EU policy, standards and legislation, be numerically literate, IT competent and proficient with the Office suite.
Other attributes key to this position include: impeccable communicative skills, the ability to work alone and within a team, the willingness and ability to travel, and consequently a full UK driving licence is essential.
