PROJECT DIRECTOR / MANAGER - INFRASTRUCTURE

Msc in Civil or Transportation Engineering with 15 years experience in transportation, planning, design, supervision of construction and maintenance of transportation and infrastructure related projects OR Bsc in Civil Engineering with 20 years experience in transportation , planning, design, supervision and maintenance of transportation and infrastructure related projects. Must provide proven track record of successfully directing transportation and infrastructure related facility projects of the highest quality, volume and cost.

1- You will be accountable for and report to Company Directors and provide leadership and guidance on all business activities for the commercial development of projects.

2- With the ability to define Schedule and Budget approval points, interfacing with other projects and regional wide work, identifying and mitigating project issues and performance issues.

3- Providing leadership to successfully plan, develop, implement and complete projects while maintaining high professional standards. Establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients, project team members and Company Directors.

4- You will Initiate resolution of client,engineer, contractor, internal and consultant issues and maintain and build the commercial project team by conducting regular review sessions with personnel and the provision of guidance for future performance expectations

5- You will work closely with the integration team, project delivery teams and shared services to maintain high design standards, quality, consistency and technical coordination and ensure that QA/QC procedures are being

implemented and followed at all phases of the project in accordance with Quality Assurance Program procedures.
