Contract Scotland is Scotland’s largest independent Construction Recruitment Agency. We have been established for 20 years and supply staff from Graduate to Director level on both a permanent and freelance basis.
We offer a high standard of service to all clients ensuring that the right person is place in the right job as opposed to cutting corners to place as many candidates as possible purely for financial gain.
• Consultants do not work to targets or receive commission. This takes any potential bias out of any recruitment dealings and ensures candidates are put forward only to positions suitable to them.
• We are transparent in our fees structures – Candidates and clients are both aware of our margins and due to no commission these tend to be highly competitive in comparison to our competitors
• We fully reference check all candidates prior to submission, discuss vacancies and company background fully with the candidate prior to submission to ensure interest in the role as well as suitability.
• All Consultants are professional trained and Members of the REC (the governing body for all Recruitment Consultancies) and Contract Scotland is one of only a few Consultancies who are fully REC Audited – all our procedures have been examined and approved to the highest level in our industry.
• Contract Scotland is heavily involved in the community and our Corporate Social Responsibility activities have received our Community Mark – which only 21 companies UK wide have received and we are the ONLY Recruitment Consultancy to have obtained this.
Our service has been recognised and praised not only by long term clients but by industry peers on a national scale - we won best Construction Industry Recruitment Firm and Best Small to Medium Recruitment Firm to Work for in the 2008 Recruiter Awards for Excellence(beating national and international firms in the process) as well being named Best Regional Recruitment Firm in 2005 and 2006.
